In close collaboration with the Director of Workforce Development, conducted qualitative and quantitative desk research to inform A Wider Circle’s revisions to their workforce development and career services programming. Analyzed Google Form surveys measuring participants’ impression of workforce development programs and created graphs to display data and distinguish areas for further research and growth.Conducted literature reviews on workforce development program evaluations and meta-analyses of best coaching practices to improve programs at A Wider Circle and better align programming to the geographic and demographic makeup of program beneficiaries.Synthesized quantitative and qualitative data and research into one-page briefs distributed to all relevant stakeholders including the Chief Executive Officer. Presented findings to a newly established Working Group made up of senior leaders and engaged volunteer career coaches and contributed key insights to the planning and relaunch of their workforce development program that focused on engaging self determination theory and addressing core psychosocial needs as a part of a more holistic programming agenda.
