Assisted in multiple research projects to study age-related changes in neural stem cells and neurodegenerative diseases.Projects included 1) Creating a novel mouse line for the conditional expression of Vimentin to study age-related changes in the asymmetric segregation of neural stem cells. 2) Producing induced neural stem cells to characterize the cell's age signature while using various methods of cellular reprogramming.
