Teaching Assistant with Pittsburgh Undergraduate Research Diversity Program (PURDIP) at the University of Pittsburgh. Assisted with transitioning a traditionally in-person curriculum to a remote, virtual learning experience.

Assisted and worked with the UNDP Gender Teams at both the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Regional Office in Panama and the UNDP HQ in New York. Work included research support, research writing, translation (Spanish to English), and event coordination. Primary tasks and responsibilities included: Compiling and reviewing Gender Equality in Public Administration (GEPA) data from UNDP's internal reporting database; reporting on UNDP Gender Markers in Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) countries via one-page summaries of gender marker data; researching and co-authoring a policy brief discussing gender quotas and temporary special measures in public administration supported by the UNDP in member countries; reviewing the English translation of the LAC GEPA Report originally published in 2020; and assisting with the coordination of the virtual launch of the GEPA Global Report (2021) at a side-event of the High Level Political Forum of the UN. I contributed to the report both as a student researcher and as a proofreader.
