My Role is to achieve the accurate recording of branch financial records by ensuring good proceduresand controls are implemented and maintained in the accounts and sales admin department.Key Responsibilities:To ensure all accounts and sales administration staff under my remit are motivated, fully trained andunderstand their objectives to meet the departments goals.To produce Monthly Forecasting and weekly dales analysis to the directors of the business.To produce yearly Budgeting for the branch working closely with senior Area Financial Controllers acrossthe Group.To ensure the Balance sheet is fully reconciled monthly and all aging & significant balances are explained.To produce accurate reporting of management accounts with all significant movements from expectation,budget and previous year investigated & explained.To ensure all Key controls submissions are accurate, fully reconciled and explain unusual transactions.To report all Debt amounts due under the branch remit should be chased & understand when they willbe received ensuring the group credit control policy is being followed.To carry out Vehicle Stock and Parts Stock Overviews Monthly.Daily Overview of the Banking and Bank Statement reconciliations.To report, monitor and update Cashflow.To produce VAT submissions which are checked and accurate.To produce the Branches reporting and submissions, internal & external, accurate and submitted withinthe deadlines set.To submit analytical data to Head Office on a daily basis for the Metal profit of the Branch using MSPower BI.
