I am a Professional School Counselor with a strong belief that all children can learn, grow and develop the skills they need to lead meaningful lives.I have spent the last ten years building strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff at the elementary and middle school level. My specialty is working collaboratively to empower students to make positive changes in their lives.My skills include counseling and coaching individuals in a student-centered and strengths-based practice, teaching social-emotional skills, facilitating small counseling groups, and creating written and digital resources and programming to enable staff and parents to support student mental health and social-emotional wellness.
