Stanmore Quality Surfacing (SQS) is a family led business, founded in 1996 by my husband, Maurice, and I.My role is as Executive Director where I demonstrate an achievement driven, 'can do' attitude with a customer focused, detailed conscious style.I work closely with the Leadership team where my key purpose is to coordinate action in order to help colleagues have what they need to get their job done and maximise results for SQS and our Clients.I continuously strive to improve process, technology, and efficiency in order to enable us to get the job done and exceed customers’ expectations.In the earlier days at SQS I saw the opportunity to develop a product called Ontrack. This has been a real enabler for SQS to achieve its vision and deliver its purpose: “exceptional quality, right first time, complete reinstatement solutions, safety on time, every time”.Ontrack, the product, is a key point of difference at SQS, so much so it created an opportunity for us to set up an independent standalone SAAS business called Ontrack Management Solutions Limited.I am also the CEO at Ontrack where I have galvanised a key team of experts in their field, allowing us to take Ontrack to market in order to enable other companies to realise its potential.
