Underpinning everything I do is a belief that people are doing their best, and that they thrive in supportive environments. So when parents and educators ask for my help with behaviour they’re finding problematic, I’m honoured to introduce them to different ways of viewing things. This usually involves introducing scientific principles along with respectful and appropriate evidence-based strategies to connect with children and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. I've found that this approach contributes to the building of trusting relationships, reduction of behaviour challenges, and improved wellbeing for everyone.
