We live in an increasingly digitized world. Memories are more and more engraved into a series of 1s and 0s; opportunities demand the tech savvy to progress; people become entrepreneurs of their own creativity; human connections are made almost in real-time, bringing together individuals from thousands of miles apart. As a child of the modern era, I am significantly influenced by the growing cultural shift to this new world, thus, I see great value in maintaining and improving the infrastructure of the system.As a regular consumer (and you can't escape it!) in this society, I can understand the frustration when a program is temporarily down for even a few hours, or when I have resigned to doing a tedious and mundane task when I feel as though there should be a more efficient - if not automated - way. There's always improvements to be done, is my motto.Currently, I help our company's user base get back to their job so they can in turn help the world. I help diagnose any issues the user is experiencing to either get rid of a blocker or make their day more productive. Any requests are to be answered politely and quickly. Both are to be properly documented with links, resources, and clear language as to be understandable for my peers to read through. We need to be concise and comprehensible so we can spend more time in what matters: projects that make us think creatively. And harsh deadlines.As technology continues to becomes more complex, I want to be at the precipice of it. May tomorrow find the cures to a currently untreatable ailment, inspire and lift up the impoverished and disadvantaged masses... or at the very least, I want to be a very cool grandmother who knows the latest trends and gadgets so I can relate to The Youth.In short, I am an aspiring IT specialist with a data analyst focus.
