As a human resources leader for 20+ years, my career history is a picture of professional athleticism. I have navigated the gamut of business settings (from small private start-ups to global public companies), structures (Series A & B and Fortune 500), and industries (technology, fintech, payments, BPO, financial services, marketing, media, and advertising). A key advisor and partner to the C-suite, I champion the importance of employee engagement and experiences to driving bottom line results.
