In this role, I wear many hats, ensuring smooth office operations while also managing the financial aspects of our organization by maintaining accurate financial records and managing day-to-day accounting. CAPCA plays a crucial role in promoting responsible pest management, and I'm honored to contribute to their mission.

Duties include all finances, scheduling, and logistics for a family of four. Provide IT assistance to Silver Family CEO and aging parents. Additional duties included Odyssey of the Mind Coach, Girl Scout Leader for two troops at the Daisy, Brownie and Junior levels, Art Docent volunteer, and classroom volunteer.

Held the first Quantitative Analyst position for Esurance Claims. Developed project plan, met with stakeholders, and began mapping claims system and databases to the end objective. Developed process for creating ad hoc reports. Created, performed and analyzed ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly detailed reports based on insurance claims payments and handling statistics which also included workload, employee turnover, and customer complaint data. Enhanced staffing model and developed quarterly expense analysis. Researched and explained variances, trends and/or abnormalities. Reported findings to VP Claims, and additionally presented findings to CEO, COO, and Branch Managers at quarterly meetings. Heavy use of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and light SQL.

Before leaving Sutter Physician Services, headed an analytical team tasked with performing and analyzing detailed reports based upon medical expense and utilization data. Emphasis was on researching and explaining variances, trends and/or abnormalities and performing complex cost analysis which included modeling alternate reimbursement structures. Reported findings to the external client, management, and senior management. Including previous positions, my total time working for Sutter was over ten years.
