As remote schooling and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic continued, like many working parents at the time I made the decision to take a step back and focus on my family and mental health. I gave up my EVP role and shifted to part-time, guiding external communications and PR for the newly formed creative offering while maintaining a healthier work/life balance under the challenging circumstances.

As part of a network-wide reorganization, I was promoted to EVP Communications for newly formed Dentsu Creative, which consolidated nine creative agencies (including 360i) into one unified creative offering.
