I plan and execute a robust Children's Music Program centered around the Catholic Faith. Grades 3-8 come together and lead praise and worship during our weekly all-school masses. We also lead Sunday services once a month and for special holidays.In 2011 there were 8 members. When I took over in 2012, I extended the opportunities available to this amazing group of youngsters and now, in 2017 we have 34 singers. Amazingly, we were connected to the Dick Wagner "Remember the Child" Foundation and are performing in the Rock Legends Event for the second year in a row. We are officially known as "The Children of Rock" Choir. It's a fundraiser event that brings Rock Legends together for a one-night performance. All proceeds go to supporting and bringing music therapy to children under care in hospitals. In 2016, we recorded our first professional CD, "In the Spirit". Some of our favorite songs to sing were recorded at Pearl Sound Studios under the professional direction of Producer, Chuck Alkazian. Our singers are sharp, well rehearsed and very dedicated. I have been a music minister in the Archdiocese of Detroit since 1995 and have had the pleasure of working with many parishes and parishioners throughout my 20+ years of service. I have to say, working with this children's choir is an absolute delight and is the highlight of my career as a music minister.

The fundamental course of Dale Carnegie Training is a course in human relations. Supported on average, 6 different BNI Chapters spanning from Metro-Detroit to Flint. Earned Lead Trainer Role for Member Success Program(MSP) (2008) and led the instruction of monthly training sessions for members. Coached, supported other Directors in becoming prepared for training MSP in their areas. Instructor at "Train the Trainer" Weekend Retreats where Directors from all around the world would come to Michigan to learn from our team how we train Member Success Program. Engaged the State Leadership and Director Group to constantly maintain and develop new skills in building a business by referral. Held the Main Role of Visitor Days Presentations and assisted chapter leadership in building their chapters through the time tested approach of visitors days. Co-Emcee'd the State Leadership Event (2010) in Grand Rapids and Novi, Michigan where members from all over the state came to dive deeper in learning and growing in small groups, large seminar style and main ballroom lectures.
