• Demonstrate an exceptional work ethic and function as part of a cohesive unit while applying sound judgment, analysis and problem solving skills. • Possess considerable skill in behavioral interviewing and proficiency in working closely with hiring managers, HR Directors and Executives.• Understand the needs and the position requirements by conducting discovery calls with the hiring managers prior to posting and/or sourcing the requisition. • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. • Communicate and deal effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in a fast paced environment. • Source, interview and provide candidate and hiring managers follow up. • Responsible for administrative support for exempt recruiting which will include posting and managing all new jobs in our applicant tracking system (iCims) and various job boards (i.e. Linkedin, Facebook, Monster, CareerBuilder, Ebay Classifieds and Dice), sourcing candidates, and research as needed.• Utilize recruiting tools and presentation skills to source, cold call, and pre-screen top-performing applicants on an aggressive weekly timeline to meet our hiring requirements. • Phone screen candidates prior to submission• Submit weekly metrics to hiring managers on all open positions.• Conduct drug screens and submit background checks on potential new hires.• Executive recruiting for “C” level executives (CIO Business Unit, Sr. Director PMO, Sr. Director IS Enterprise Architecture).• Attend Career Expos on “as needed” basis for open positions in my area.
