As the Event Coordinator for the 2009 Neighborhoods, USA Conference I managed an event budget of $100,000, including procuring $45,000 in sponsorship dollars. I designed all conference materials, and directed 16 Conference Planning Committee chairs and more than 80 volunteers.This conference brought together neighborhood volunteers, activists, elected officials and public servants to share in the goal of building stronger, healthier neighborhoods.
