Apply editorial and technical skills to review and edit content submitted by internal and external writers to ensure that it meets the technical requirements and quality expectations for EBSCO products. Exercise independent judgment to evaluate proprietary content and determine its suitability for publication and commercial success.

Act as primary liaison between publishers and EBSCO for data delivery. Secure content through data transfer and subscriptions. Formulate appropriate communication strategies to coax publishers into action. Present, persuade and negotiate more cost effective ways for publishers to send content to EBSCO. Handle complaints and resolve grievances from publishers. Coach, mentor, and train members of the Data Acquisition team.
