I am currently responsible for managing the delivery of Accounts in both the Public and Private Sectors for Telstra Associates consisting of interim and permanent posts for leading Consultancies, Financial Services & Banking, Central Government, Defence, Telecoms, Civils, Non-Profit, Health and Rail organisations. I manage the relationship and recruitment service delivery for a number of high volume accounts, engaging and managing key stakeholders, designing and implementing recruitment strategies and processes, developing the accounts by providing the highest possible levels of customer experience as well as identifying business development opportunities to extend existing or create new revenue streams.

I am currently responsible for managing the Campaign Delivery Team who consist of resourcers and recruiters and specialize in delivering both high volume and specialist discreet recruitment campaigns on behalf of Government Departments, Public and Private sector clients. I provide day-to-day operational management to client projects and campaigns throughout the full project lifecycle, promoting and developing a successful recruitment delivery operation which focusses on the delivery of an excellent candidate experience. I support the Account Management Team ensuring a best in class service, achieving and exceeding all Service Level Agreements. I act as the link between the Client Relationship Manager, Client and Delivery Team ensuring that new projects are briefed, implemented and project managed to an exceptionally high standard. I also take personal responsibility for core management issues, while providing innovative leadership to the account and delivery teams.
