in 2015 I've founded SeriousCreativity, specialized in training individuals, groups and organizations to seize their creativity and improve deliberate creative processes. My approach is described in the practical handbook: "Road Map for Creative Problem Solving Techniques", including 40 techniques on how to organize and facilitate creativity in group sessions. Currently, I'm working on a book on individual creativity. I combine practice with theory in my role as researcher and teacher at the TU Delft. At the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, I have developed a new minor (3rd year bachelor set of courses) fully dedicated to Creativity and all its facets. Besides, I'm teaching the master course 'Creative Facilitation'. My ambition is to bridge the gap between practice and science (and vice versa). In my role as Vice President of the European Association for Creativity and Innovation I hope to revive this inspiring community, including its renowned ECCI conference.
