I have worked within the real estate industry over 30 years. As an Escrow Officer, my goal in every transaction is to meet the contractual close date as seamless as possible. That being said, every transaction is different and every property is different; each of which can present unforeseen challenges of their own. One thing I've learned is whether you're an experienced investor or a first-time home buyer, a real estate transaction can be a frustrating and stressful experience for anyone. I believe in proactive communication to head off any complications that could potentially delay a scheduled close date. Though there may be many moving parts and not all of them are within my control, attention to detail, timely communication and consistent follow-up are key to providing professional service and moving toward a successful close of escrow. My clients know when they open an escrow with me, they can count on my accessibility, attention to detail, efficient communication and timely responses. It's so rewarding when I can make a difference for a customer and they express their appreciation for a positive experience. I especially love when I get to make that phone call at the end of a transaction and say, "Congratulations, we recorded!".
