In my role as a senior faculty member for ACI, I co-led The Agile Facilitator and Coaching Agile Teams, along with the combined Agile Coach Bootcamp. I began my apprenticeship with the esteemed founders of ACI in May of 2016, growing quickly to become the lead faculty. In addition to my teaching role, I'm responsible for co-leader development within our system, as well as the curriculum we teach. It was my great honour and privilege to work with my fellow faculty in this work, and to bring this truly amazing learning and development to colleagues and students across the Agile industry. As a certified integral coach, trained at New Ventures West, my coaching stance rests on the belief that each individual already has everything they need to be whole. I work with my clients to help them see beyond their blindspots (we all have them) into a more authentic way of being. If you find yourself stuck, or encountering the same challenges repeatedly, working with a coach might be useful. My role as a coach is to help my client build their own competence to better navigate their life. Desired outcomes include the ability to self-correct long after my time with the client ends, and therefore to become self-generating. I have been on the associate teaching staff at New Ventures West, acting as a Pod Guide for a class of new students. The methodology I practice attends to the individuality of the person as well as the social context in which she is always embedded. Our individuality includes our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and intentions as well as everything that is happening to us physiologically. Our social context includes the language(s) we speak, the culturally specific practices we engage in, the relationships we are a part of and the history of the groups to which we belong. Additionally, we are always in a shared physical environment that includes nature and human artifacts, and our background, sense of possibility and our mood are shaped by the physical space we’re in.I have extensive training and practice in Systemic Coaching, having completed a Master Practitioner level of training under the learned guidance of John Whittington at Coaching Constellations. Developed strategy, value proposition and pricing structure for retail billing agent services.Generated revenue from my department in excess of $50,000 monthly, creating immediate positive cash flow for a start-up company.Assessed and analyzed market and government requirements for Billing and Settlement, creating the business model, policies and procedures to meet those requirements.Active member of the Alberta Settlement Committee, managed by the Alberta Department of Energy, to assist with developing continued market competency.
