Before launching an award-winning Real Estate career, Katrina worked as a licensed Residential Home Builder and Interior Design Consultant for over 30 years, designing and building custom homes across the Lower Mainland. Having worked side-by-side with clients to help them realize their home design dreams, Katrina’s skills translate seamlessly to her 7 year career as a Realtor with Sutton Group West Coast Realty. A former long-time resident of Maple Ridge, Katrina recently made the move to Mission, expanding her ever-evolving knowledge of residential and presales real estate to include the Tri-Cities, as well as the Fraser Valley, including Langley, Abbotsford, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Mission, Chilliwack, and as far as Hope.
