MAGIC:Katrina Kroetch has performed her unique blend of playful and whimsical magic worldwide in Africa, India, Mexico, Europe, and America. She’s volunteered and been an advocate for Magicians Without Borders and the non profit Emergency Circus. She has been a cast member of the international touring show Champions of Magic and a performer on numerous network television shows including Masters of Illusion and Penn and Teller: Fool Us . Magical Katrina is a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Society of American Magicians. She’s performed in the virtual magic show for the Academy of Magical Arts in Hollywood, California. She is the winner of 5 different magic awards including winning first place at AbraCORNdabara’s virtual magic contest. She was awarded the Pacific Coast Association of Magicians Children’s Entertainer of the year. Despite our changing world she continues to dazzle audiences with her interactive virtual magic shows and live in person performances.She has written for and been featured in a variety of magazines including The Linking Ring and Vanish Magazine. She’s also been written about in the Washington Post which you can read at this link here.ACTING:Katrina moved to San Francisco from Oregon where she had a two year internship at the Northwest Children's Theater in downtown Portland. She has extensive physical acting training and has attended Clown conservatory. She has performed improv at Second City Hollywood with her troupe she founded with Deva Nitins called "The Chiquita Bananas". She also has classical training.She has studied Shakespeare at Berkeley Rep, and is educated in the teachings of Richard Boleslavski, Stanislavski, and Meisner.
