I am responsible for the planning, organisation, management, and delivery of aspects of the Sydney Kings and Sydney Flames business, basketball operations and game day experience. I am responsible for management of all game day operations along with game day experience and entertainment. I am an experienced partnerships manager with project management skills, a strong passion in sports and entertainment with a desire to help and impact others. I have an in-depth understanding of sports events and sponsorships which I have developed through years of experience. I maintain a high level of customer service and nurture strong working relationships with commercial partners and key stakeholders on a regular basis. I proactively engage with partners ensuring all contractual obligations for agreements are met and continuously work on opportunities for activations to ensure each partnership is leveraged to its full capacity. Ability to manage events from start to finish and continuously develop customer service skills from direct communication with key partners, clients and key stakeholders within organisations. While at University in the USA, I developed leadership qualities and time management skills while balancing life and competing as a collegiate athlete. A self-starter, with great attention to detail, I have an ability to work under pressure, manage the expectations of others and enjoy the challenge of meeting deadlines.
