Oxygen Finance was a financial technology start-up when I joined but is now a fully-funded technology and professional services provider enabling organisations to unlock value within their supply chain by paying suppliers early.Initially, I worked as a Supplier Onboarding Marketing Manager working closely with local government clients to sign their suppliers into early payment programs and manage all the communications. After nine months of success, I was promoted to work with the CEO and sales team. In this new role, I oversaw the company's marketing strategy and organised various finance events and conferences. I also recruited a new marketing team and managed them to deliver social media posts, manage the website, SEO, email campaigns, write awards submissions and produce inspiring content to increase brand exposure.
