Katrina is a Consultant within ERM based in Walnut Creek, California with over 10 years’ diverse experience in global program and supply chain management. With a masters degree in engineering, Katrina has developed strong skills in supplier engagement, data analysis, project management and environmental sustainability. She is passionate around driving impact and helping clients achieve their sustainability, net zero, and circularity goals and has a proven track record of supplier engagement and organization to assist clients in data collection, KPI tracking, and supplier training. Through her engagements she has worked with several clients in the technology sector to build multifaceted supply chain programs spanning dozens of native languages and hundreds of suppliers to support alignment with client standards and sustainability KPIs. As a member of the ERM team, Katrina will leverage her expertise to drive successful project delivery, effective communication, and high-quality outcomes.Additionally, Katrina has spent time volunteering with habitat restoration through the Walnut Creek Open Space Foundation and community outreach through Sustainable Contra Costa. She was formally on the Board of Directors for both of these organizations and held leadership positions including President of WCOSF and Vice President of SCOCO. Katrina also has experience with community outreach and program management from her time with the Environmental Affairs Division of the City of Pittsburg, California. She organized and managed several programs including the City’s annual Green Footprint Festival, Adopt-a-Spot, and LED street lamp upgrade.
