Created retail experiences that tell the story of the brand through store exterior/interior graphics, marketing collateral, and packaging. Designed and oversaw enhanced brand experience for Eddie Bauer Outlet stores which led to increased sales. Studied the architectural plans to identify graphic opportunities. Communicated with and created documentation for the real estate team, on-site construction crews, and vendors for the execution and installation of the graphics. Collaborated on high level brand work including new type and style guides.Directed freelancers and in-house production to meet tight deadlines and budgets.Collaborate with partners in-house and globally to maintain brand standards.

Working as a freelancer I developed and executed web and print projects. Clients included REI, PATH, Winsome Design and Eddie Bauer.

My day to day responsibilities included inventory management, invoicing, payroll and taxes. I worked with our sales representatives across the US to get product in the best shops. I also coordinated the many details around having a booth at the stationery shows in New York and Atlanta.

I worked on a grant funded program to develop, implement, and deliver reproductive health curriculum in middle schools. I maintained confidential records and tracked clients for evaluation. I also performed all necessary office duties such as evaluation reports and grant writing.

After working for several years as a CAPE Graduate, I was promoted to training coordinator. My main responsibility was to develop and deliver HIV/AIDS awareness training to over 200 participants. I developed, implemented and evaluated a new peer educator knowledge assessment. I also was one of the organizers of the 1995 National Peer Educator Conference.

After several years of volunteer HIV/AIDS peer education in the high schools, I was asked to continue after my graduation in a paid capacity. I continued to provide HIV/AIDS awareness training in the community. I also served as support for peer educators within the high schools.
