Global Ambassador
CurrentWorking in over 100 countries, World Values Day supports values-driven, ground-level community work throughout the year. On the third Thursday of each October, thousands of projects and people come together to celebrate World Values Day. As part of the core management team, my role is to support connections between people and projects, and expand our reach to new countries and opportunities. I lead the World Values Day engagement with the G20, via the Values 20 Task Force. This year, I supported 15 contributors to the Values 20 Communique , which includes significant contributions from Tauranga’s community support and food rescue charity, Good Neighbour. In addition, an article I have written about the global definition of VALUES Objectives, to accompany SMART Objectives, will be published in this year’s G20 Summit Magazine. Each year we launch World Values Day from New Zealand, because it's the first place to see the sun on each new day. Use the links below to see our launch footage from 2021 and 2022.If you would like to be involved in World Values Day or if you know someone who should be celebrate for the values they live by, I'd love to hear from you.
