Manage accounting transactions, which includes invoicing, accounts receivable/payable and purchasing. Operate and maintain various office equipment and machines – computers, fax machines, printers, photocopy machines and telephone system. Review purchase order placements for accuracy and optimum delivery and pricing ofoffice/company materials or assets. Perform research, compile statistical information and related data to produce special or recurring reports; distributes data in graphic, spreadsheet or narrative format for specialized projects.
