In August of 2022, I returned to school to pursue a master’s in counseling to become an LPC (Class of '26). Prior to that, my experience ranged from fast-paced industries (Financial Investments and Construction) to the slowest (Government/Audit) and from $1m to $100m companies. I’ve had the opportunity to gain insight into the back end of many different types of operations and industries and have worked in a variety of departments (IT, Marketing, HR, Accounting, etc.). I’ve managed a wide array of projects: rebranding, software implementation and deployment, creating or revamping processes, writing operations/user manuals, devising training material and running training sessions, developing proprietary forms and job descriptions, as well as creating newsletters, social media posts, and website content. I've even written several arguments used in legal proceedings. Providing excellent customer service is always a priority, whether the customer is internal or external.
