It is the Norfield adjuster’s task to determine the amount of our client’s policyholder’s responsibility for the resultant damages, and the extent of those damages including property damage and bodily injury. Norfield handles automotive liability claims, homeowner’s liability claims (the dog bites the mailman, someone falls down a flight of stairs), public liability claims (someone slips on a grape in a grocery store), and an array of liability claims including: product liability, construction liability, liquor liability as well as state & federal workers compensation claims.
