I provide high-value expertise, guidance and support to the Bank with regard to performance management and reward. I also direct the strategic planning, design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation and benefits programmes and performance management policies and processes.Trusted senior advisor to Business Leaders (Executive Committee members and other senior managers, Board Directors), HR Team and Staff Association on performance management and reward strategy and policies.

This role provides strategic direction and leadership of all aspects of the Bank’s HR and Talent Management including shaping the performance and development systems for all employees, designing and supporting the Bank’s talent frameworks which includes performance management, succession planning and workforce/human resource planning, whilst guiding and managing a wide range of Administrative services.

Responsible for the development and delivery of a talent management framework which includes talent acquisition, performance management, career development, talent assessments and succession planning, through the development and implementation of integrated and effective talent management programmes and processes aligned with the ongoing needs and goals of the Bank and best practices. Applies HR strategy and policies, rules and regulations, develops guidelines and procedures and provides solutions to a wide spectrum of HR issues.

Primarily responsible for leading the delivery of the Firm’s human resource solutions to clients, with special emphasis in the area of compensation and benefits management. Concentrated heavily on product development and the overall marketing of the Firm. Responsible for the project management of large and complex assignments throughout the Caribbean region

Oversaw the Human Resource Advisory Service function and the client service delivery. Responsible for the planning, supervision and review of the Service Line’s operations.
