5+ years as a conveyancer. My expertise is in subdivisions and developments, especially at providing guidance during the life-cycle of a development, for both large and small-scale projects. I am knowledgeable and practiced in standard purchase and sale settlements, but also in off-the-plan and commercial transactions. My day-to-day work is mainly focused on assisting my clients by way of reviewing and preparing contract documentation, providing advice within each stage of a transaction, maintaining information systems and checklists, preparing the documentation and finalising the required steps to conduct settlement. I am particularly proficient at completing these tasks for large scale developments with bulk settlements, to prepare for and attend to, even when falling on the same day. I have a natural curiosity for the practical application of processes and procedures. This means I thrive in the creation and application of a working process. I thoroughly enjoy streamlining tasks by managing and co-ordinating efficiency with logic. As a result, I have excellent time management skills and have the ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines. I achieve this by consistently checking and updating information databases, to track and manage documents. I am also incredibly enthusiastic about timelines, checklists and coherent spreadsheets. I believe clear communication is the best way to manage internal and external relationships in order to keep up information flow. This allows me to effectively liaise with my colleagues to achieve goals and problem solve (if required), so as to ensure smooth transactions. I am a big believer in championing the people I work with and supporting them through any problems they come up against. That being said, I am also not afraid to ask them for help, for problems I may come up against. Outside of work, I am an avid book reader, animal lover and wrestling fan. I value kindness, understanding and human connection.
