I have worked hard to become as good a handball player as possible, being ambitious on both my own and my team's behalf, and at the same time I have managed full-time studies aiming for nothing but the highest grades. - Structured: I am used to plan my tasks and time to be able to combine studies, handball, work, and spare time. I have experience as a project manager at Kamstrup requiring a lot of structure. - Enterprising: E.g., as a handball player I have learned to adapt to new teammates, opposing teams, tactics, etc. and built an ability to come up with new and different approaches to solve challenges. - Responsible: I thrive with responsibility, I take initiative, and I make a virtue of living up to it to earn people's trust. - Independent: As part of being responsible, I can analyze and solve tasks single-handedly, which I e.g., have shown during my bachelor project at Jysk Display and master's thesis at Kamstrup. - However, also a team player: As a handball player I have learned to cooperate and work hard through both good and bad times.
