Head Of Internal Communication And Engagement
As the Head of Internal Communication and Engagement I am responsible for all internal communication in Schibsted Marketplaces together with my team across over core markets; Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Poland.Additionally, I am heading the internal and external communication in Schibsted Denmark working closely with our Danish Country Manager.I primarily work with:- Team leadership and development of my team that works with internal communication and engagement- Change communication and change management in relation to the split from Schibsted Media and the process of becoming Schibsted Marketplaces. - Strategic communication: Developing internal communication strategies for instance for the rollout of our new strategy- Top leader communication: Sparring partner and advisor for the ELT and our Danish Country Manager, developing presentations, scripts, and messaging - Channel strategy: Optimising our internal channels and strategy- Stakeholder management: Collaborating with key stakeholders across the company- Internal communication activities: Planning and execution of All Hands, change communication, events and preparation of ongoing messaging from the ELT- Organisational culture and identify: Initiatives driving engagement and fostering a good workplace
