Six Sigma projectAn important tool for analyzing and solving problems in Vestas is the Six sigma tool box. Through the different phases I have played a vital role in:- Supporting the collection and preparation of data for the analyses- Identifying areas in the data set that could explain the problem of interest- Preparing graphical presentations of data- Participating in workshops to identify the root causes of the problem in scope- Completing statistical tests to identify significant root causes- Participating in workshop to identify possible solutions to the problem- Discussing which improvements to implement to efficiently solve the problemDaily Management BoardAs a part of the Lean toolbox to ensure that performance is measured regularly through relevant KPIs and that action is taken to follow up on those performing poorly, I have actively worked with the identification and defintions of the strategic KPIs, thus aiming to quantify the business critical areas within the P&C department.
