Katrine has held the position as Head of ServiceCenter since 2020, where she is responsible for 15 SAP consultants. She has overall responsibility for all customers with support agreements with 2BM or those engaged through framework agreements. Additionally, Katrine serves as the Service Delivery Manager for several of our clients. As early as 2018, Katrine took on the role of Team Leader for our Payroll Service Team, which handles the daily payroll processing for a number of customers who have chosen to outsource this function to 2BM. Thus, the Payroll Service Team is also an integral part of the ServiceCenter. Katrine has a solid background in the ServiceCenter, having started her career at 2BM as an SAP HCM consultant back in 2011. Her primary SAP HCM competencies include Time Management, Time Evaluation (rules and schedules), Staffing Planning, Time Managers Workplace, Time data administration, work schedules, and CATS. Additionally, Katrine possesses significant expertise in SAP KMD Net Pay, both on the technical and payroll administrative side. Katrine is characterized by being a 'doer' who also has a handle on the important details. She takes responsibility for her tasks and carries them through to completion. A good example of this is that Katrine herself led the implementation of our new helpdesk, "Halo," which was introduced to our customers and colleagues in 2023. The project greatly benefited from Katrine's extensive ITIL skills. Katrine is dedicated and focused on her roles as the leader of 2BM’s ServiceCenter and Service Delivery Manager, roles she always approaches with a positive attitude. She is structured, extremely efficient, and easily tackles complex tasks, while maintaining a focus on delivering on time and with high quality. Katrine's positive personality rubs off on both customers and colleagues. She is always motivated and eagerly dives into any task with dedication and curiosity. Katrine's teamwork skills are particularly strong.
