Katrine focuses her practice on international arbitration and public international law, acting as counsel for both corporate and sovereign clients.She has experience as counsel with disputes relating to the provision of financial services, energy, oil and gas, mining, TMT, pharmaceuticals and the sale of commodities under the rules of several major arbitral institutions (including the SCC, ICC, ICDR, and DIS), the ICSID Convention, and the UNCITRAL Rules, and proceeding under a multitude of different applicable treaties and national laws. Katrine also regularly publishes on various topics of international law.Katrine holds degrees from the University of Copenhagen, Stockholm University and New York University, and is admitted to the bar in New York. She is fluent in her native Danish and in English.
