Responsible for managing two of the Basepoint centres (Havant and Chichester) with over 50,000 sqft of office and light industrial spaces. While I have been increasing sales and revenue across those centres and helping more businesses enjoy the benefits of flexible working, I also managed a small team of 4 people (2 assistant managers and 2 handymen).In order to increase our occupancy and revenue, I undertook various activities such as engaging with local agents and brokers, attending networking events and social media marketing. I proactively developed and maintained effective relationships with licensees, external clients, business partners and suppliers which enabled the growth of our business community.I had the opportunity to work very closely with the Sales and Operations Directors on various projects and was the go-to-person for any operations and sales related queries by the rest of the UK team.
