Future proofed the organisation according to Strategy Plan- Investigated poor performance of external service provider by running audits and liaising with multiple stakeholders. This resulted in bringing the project in-house, installing a new project team, replanning and redesigning the project, resulting in positive on time & on budget delivery of new solution. - Successfully implemented MS DevOps Agile software for task management (1200+ tasks) with customization to suit the workflow.- Building, configuring, designing, training and migrating of Microsoft unified communications solutions including Exchange, Sharepoint and Office365.- Implemented an Azure instance to replace an inhouse server stack and completed the move.
