• Thought leader responsible for initiating the vision, proposal, and concept of Integrative Health (IH) to Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center• Created the Integrative Health Employee Renewal Center, a 4,000-square-foot space providing employees access to electric massage chairs, Sol Tec Lounge, Biomats, AMI 750, IH library and other resources for self-care with over 10,000 visits in the first two years• Developed and implemented a needs assessment and strategic plan• Implemented programs to encourage employee awareness and utilization of mindfulness, breathing techniques, meditation, and various other self-care tools• Created a ‘Moment Room’ in the Emergency Room that showed an 89% reduction in stress after using the room for five to fifteen minutes• Led a three-minute daily hospital leadership meditation research study showing a 50% reduction in burnout and 97% of leaders wanted to continue after research study was completed• Developed a renovation strategy and oversaw the usage of $180,000 of donated money• Co-created Wellstar Cares, an innovative system wide multidisciplinary comprehensive program for team members in crisis• Guest speaker providing unique experientials for various internal and external programs, as well as conferences• Provides unique one on one services for leaders as needed to expand consciousness, reduce the stress response, create team care plans, and much more.

Worked in collaboration to create a therapeutic environment taking care of Atlanta's most critically ill in a Level One Trauma Center Emergency Department.

Provision of medical care at Luamala Rural Health Center for patients needing assistance with tropical diseases, labor & delivery, emergency services, under 5 services, HIV/AIDS, and malnutrition. Collaborated to develop a malnutrition program to educate villagers on healthy eating and treatment/prevention of malnutrition.

Collaborated to establish a community group to initiate beekeeping, sewing, carpentry, rabbit farming, gardening, and village banking. Responsible for project management of building the Luamala Community Center, including: securing financing for the project, procurement of materials, coordination of volunteer labor, and responsibility of bookkeeping for the project. Collaboration with Kwasha Mukwenu, a sewing group, to market their designs and conduct quality control measures for continuous improvement.
