As an infant and toddler teacher I worked with children who were not yet in school to help them discover the world around them through reading, playing games and creative activities. The lead TreeHouse associate is responsible to - interact with children, ensure the safety and security of the TreeHouse, plan themes and activities, train the part time associates, make the schedule and order supplies as needed as well as promote the TreeHouse to the local community.

Run register, know refund and price accuracy policies, Western Union, Money Orders, Lottery, help other cashiers as needed, bagger, GVA, and cashier training. I was the Store Employment Associate for a few months which involved interviewing, hiring, new hire orientation and paper work.

Ran a household of 8-12 students including budget, meal planning and preparation, cleaning, and all that is entailed in keeping house.

Effectively operate and manage all aspects of a childcare center.
