- Manage the design and product development of multiple customer accounts.- Work closely with buyers and merchants to co-create travel bags, handbags, belts and other small leather goods on a monthly or quarterly basis. - In charge of the overall trend, color and concept direction for new and potential clients.- Lead design on launching new lifestyle bag lines for ATHLETA, ATHLETA Girl’s, CALIA (Dick’s Sporting Goods), Soul Cycle; bag lines for Amazon- The Fix and Stitch Fix.- Responsible for trend research, themes, color, raw materials and shapes for our quarterly in-house belt development.- Source all raw materials, work with factories and mills directly to develop fabric, trim and hardware working within customer’s target margin.- Handle all pre-production duties including sourcing, costing and sample tracking.- Extensive domestic and international travel to attend trade shows and present product to customers.

- Started as an assistant and was promoted to an associate just after my 1st year. I worked closely with the design director, graphics and clothing team to create seasonal concepts, color direction and custom branded trims.- Managed a team of two and was responsible for 50-90 SKUs per season. During my time at Fox I re-branded the accessories category and transitioned the line away from being throw-away items into well branded lifestyle must-haves.- Categories included handbags, backpacks, footwear, cold weather knits, luggage, belts and other miscellaneous items.

- Split licensee for accessories only. I assisted the lead designer with tech packs, CADs and overseas communication.
