Senior member of the Re:So team.- Identify and build upon successes and test out new ways of generating both store related student learning and enhanced income.- Analyse weekly/monthly/year on year sales (both shop and online sales) and seek opportunities to develop the business.- Organise and manage internal and external events and pop-up shops and the recruitment and mentoring of students working in the store on placements. - Management and mentoring of new stockists and associated stock management.- Negotiate with and meet external and internal organisations/suppliers/students and staff.- Support the Academic Lead by assisting with the further development of Re:So as a retailbusiness and learning environment- Develop ideas and opportunities in-store, externally and promotionally.- Gather and analyse data relating to sales. To review marketing data to assist planning ofpromotional activity with the Academic Lead and Graduate Intern Online sales and Marketing.
