A research scholar who accidentally became a fitness instructor in a quest of lose whooping weight of 119kgs, eventually gaining 7 years of experience as a Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer assisting those dealing with obesity and weight control issues.I am certified in Sports Nutrition, Weight Management,Persoanl training, Zumba ® Dance fitness and Hyderabad’s first Lessmills Body pump ® Instructor.I am fortunate enough to have been associated with reputed institutions and gymnasiums such as Talwakers, Dinaz’s Fitness studio, Proquest Fitness, Crossfit Potens, Turnhalle, Channel 6 magazine at various capacities as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, featured columnist and as a Coach for certification programs in Bioenergetics and Sports Medicine.I am primarily into Fitness research, an area where efforts are being made to bring medical knowledge into the field of fitness for a holistic understanding of the dynamics of obesity and hormonal imbalances that affect the body composition. my primary focus is in the field of Detoxification, wherein adopting natural means of organic diet and exercise regime to revive body’s ability to fight obesity.one of the most accomplished and close to heart achievement is me becoming a Zumba ® Instructor, fulfilling my dream of liberating myself from stage fear of performance and leading a group class.Zumba® definitely opened the doors wider in my quest of spreading health and wellbeing in IndiaCurrently, I am developing a tool named " Talking to your Body”.
