At Thierry Chocolates, our biggest concern is to ensure guest satisfaction. I am always looking to improve myself and improvise when necessary. At Brandon and Joanny’s No Frills, I acquired perseverance, flexibility with time, and good communication skills with customers. I gained customer service experience through answering phone calls and assisting customers on-site by completing consumer transactions.
