-Primary person responsible for supporting MiracleFeet’s core program technology systems CAST (Clubfoot Administration SysTeam) in partner countries across Latin America which consists of approximately 30+ clinics and 10 partners across 9 countries (Mexico, Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, and Nicaragua). -Monitoring data quality through monthly check-in calls with the CAST assistants' team across LATAM achieving four out of five KPIs exceeding global targets during the fiscal year from Jul 2023 to Jun 24. -Supervise the use of the CAST App and CAST Community in all clinics in Latin America providing users training on these systems, managing users, delivering technical support to users in the region, and assisting country coordinators' data-related requests.-Work with the Regional Program Team to encourage partners and providers to use data and reports from the CAST Community to improve treatment quality at the clinic level.-Regularly deliver CAST, Salesforce, and data use training to Country Coordinators and endusers across the countries in the region.

-Promoted to this role at Preemptive Love (now Search For Common Ground), I collaborated to standardize the project planning phase with the implementation of project documentation templates which facilitated the project proposal approval process for the regional program manager. -I showed up as interim Program Officer for Colombia operations and managed two projects operations remotely in their early stages, completing the handing off process to newly hired country staff. -Conducted monitoring and evaluation activities of Relief program projects across Venezuela and Mexico including data collection, report writing, and monthly indicators analysis. -Guided and organized a field-audiovisual production visit to Colombia's project, operated as the liaison between Relief Programs (through our local partners) and the Production Team. -Supervised Relief project cycles in collaboration with country Relief Program Officers.

-My role at Preemptive Love (now Search For Common Ground) included giving support to the creation and distribution of weekly field reports and monthly operational reports making sure country teams complied with reporting deadlines and showed great performance between other regions. -I'm proud I adjusted the project cycle design to LATAM operations and ongoing material development for the region and implemented the use of a knowledge base.-I worked closely with the country team for relationship building with local communities and vulnerable populations accompanying introductory meetings with potential local partners.

During this internship, I managed import processes and legal compliance with Ecuadorian Customs Laws. I was in constant communication with international suppliers, managed shipping data orders, and elaborated shipping reports monthly. When starting the importation processes, I submitted import documentation to the Customs platform with deadline compliance.
