• Supported low-income 7th grade students’ part of the BIPOC community on a one-on-one basis in their academics by tailoring to what each student personally needed• Engaged and motivated uncooperative students to help them succeed in their academics and well-being

• Guided and encouraged teenagers and adults with mental, and/or physical, and/or problematic situations in various subjects to obtain their GED• Provided individualized care and mentorship towards each student by understanding their intellectual and emotional states
