The role involves choosing and overseeing chapter volunteers to manage recruitment, retention, recognition, and leadership development. The position is on the board of the PMI-Uganda Chapter and reports to the president.

Participated in the design and rollout of the AAU-LMS (Learning Management System) designed to help youth on the program, access learning on mobile devices, this would help them access knowledge anywhere hence improve on their exposure to learning. I successfully piloted with 64 youths in the mid-western part of Uganda. Championed the RollOut of a new curriculum to centre tutors who directly work with children and youth on compassion programs using the hybrid approach of learning. The intention of the new curriculum is to empower the youth workers with new skills and competencies for working with youth post-COVID-19 pandemic.In collaboration with the probation officer, the Office of the Bishop, and the representation of the local government, I participated in conversations leading to the development of a 5-year strategy addressing the issues of youth and children in the Bushenyi district. The area of focus on the youth on compassion assistance.

Championed the rollout of the Household and Community Concept with the intention of addressing the issue of food security and Village Saving Schemes to enhance family livelihood incomes. This would translate into having more children and Youth supported in Schools.Through my tenure in the Kanungu district, 50+ VLS groups were initiated within the project catchment areas of Kanungu District.In collaboration with the District Education Office, the office of Bishop (Kinkiizi Diocese) and the RDC of Kanungu District, I facilitated conversations of improving education for youth on the program and lobbying for sponsorship for youth that is being sponsored on compassion program, as a result, 2019, 2020, there was an increase in performance of youth in P7 exams and s4 Exams.During my tenure, as a district, the best-performing students in P7 and S4 were from compassion programs, and each of them along with several was placed in some of the best schools in the western region.
