The marketing and communication team support our 65 homes and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to improve reputation, increase awareness and drive occupancy. • As Head of Marketing, PR, and Communications I manage a team of marketing managers and specialists to develop, execute and evaluate the Trust’s marketing and PR strategy. • I’m a critical member of the Leadership team driving business results for the Trust and work closely with numerous stakeholder teams including sales, finance, operations, directors, trustees, volunteers, and data teams.• We support a varying portfolio of homes in maintaining occupancy through trust-wide marketing and PR initiatives; provides new homes with dedicated marketing resources to achieve 85% occupancy in the first 2 years.• Management of an external agency to develop a new website to perform on all devices and platforms, with an ongoing development plan. The site was forward-thinking, customer-centred, and has been highly commended by the competition and markets authority (CMA). The site has seen a 40% increase in visitors year on year, and an 50% increase in enquiries and page engagement has also increased. • Creation and management of in-house customer service team to ensure we delivered one customer experience for all. Calls and enquiries increased by 25% and our conversion rate increased from 15% to 25%. The costs of delivering this service have been reduced by bringing this in-house.
