Current• Analyze and report on TV and Sound Bar market trends, influencing business strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Product Development• Support senior leadership with market analyses, leading to new business partnerships and expanded product assortment at national retailers• Develop competitive pricing projections and market forecasts to inform business planning and improve inventory allocation during key seasonal events• Direct market research projects to gauge brand awareness, consumer sentiment, and technical comprehension, informing purchase drivers and identifying product and marketing opportunities• Lead and professionally develop a team of three data analysts by facilitating continuous feedback, increasing collaboration and productivity, and broadening team’s expertise to support inter-departmental initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Investor Relations• Oversee department recruitment and onboarding processes, improving new employee experience and retention • Utilize Tableau and Alteryx to create insightful data narratives on market trends and organizational performance, guiding decision-making for executive leadership and external business partners• Design interactive Tableau dashboards to facilitate company-wide data accessibility, improving data comprehension and business performance tracking
