My direct mail clients and I have moved to Admail at Apex Direct Mail. This is an exciting time of change in the industry and working with a bigger team over multiple sites gives us all some great opportunities for the future. Apex is moving forward with new mailing products, accreditation and services and are also investing in new technology to increase the range of services and solutions we can offer.

I was recommended to the MD by a mutual client of ours and came on board as an Account Manager before the company was really operational. Being here from the beginning has given me the opportunity to understand every aspect of the company, the role and our clients. After a few years I was promoted to Office Manager and now proudly hold the role of General Manager.I run the operational side including scheduling, liaising with department heads to ensure jobs run smoothly and on time as well as being front line with clients. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and getting things right first time. Being committed to the role has meant gaining experience with data, personalisation, hand and machine enclosing and all aspects of fulfillment including postage options in the UK and overseas. Deadlines are always short so working swiftly and efficiently is paramount to the role. I am lucky to be part of a dedicated team, we always go the extra mile to make sure we have full client satisfaction.
